摘要
为探究弱层赋存位置及形态对复合煤层露天矿边坡滑坡模式的影响,采用剩余推力法与FLAC3D数值模拟法,结合露天矿采场自上而下逐水平形成的特点,提出一种新的复合煤层露天矿边坡参数逐阶段优化方法,将该方法应用于霍林河南露天矿,分3个阶段优化设计了该矿顶帮复合煤层边坡空间形态,避免了霍林河南露天矿顶帮未降深至坑底时就沿17煤底板弱层发生滑坡.研究结果表明:优化后弱层2以上边坡角由23°提高至27°,多采出17煤197.5万t,多剥离岩量为81.6万m3,剥采比为0.413 m3/t.
In order to explore the influence of weak layer position and morphology to the slope landslide model of multiple coal seams surface mine,using the method of residual thrust and numerical simulation of FLAC3D,a new method for optimizing the parameters of the slope through stage by stage optimization of multiple coal seams surface mine was put forward combined with the characteristics of the stope forming from top to bottom.The slope shape of multiple coal seams in Huolinhe south surface mine was optimized in 3 stages by using this method,which avoided the happening of landslide along the weak layer of 17 coal seam floor.The results show that the slope angle increases from 23° to 27 °above No.2 weak layer and about 1.975 million tons of 17 coal was extracted and 816 thousand cubic meter of rock was stripped and the stripping ratio is 0.413 m3/t.
