摘要
以湿式电除尘极板为载体,导电防腐蚀涂料为试验原料,探寻湿式电除尘在运行过程中出现的极板腐蚀问题以及针对湿式电除尘器导电防腐蚀涂料的性能,研究涂料在不同厚度、不同涂刷次数、不同烘干时间下对涂膜硬度、附着力、电阻率等特性的影响;以及涂膜的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐和耐水性。通过理论分析及试验研究,确定涂料的防腐蚀性能参数和最佳涂抹方式。结果表明,除尘极板导电防腐蚀涂料最佳涂抹方式为涂膜的厚度不低于0.14mm,最佳涂刷次数为3次,涂膜烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间为12h。
With wet electric dust plate as the carrier,conductive coatings as experimental materials,the corrosion of wet electric dust plate during its operation and the performance of conductive anticorrosive coatings of wet electric dust collector were investigated.The effect of coating thickness,brushing time and drying time on the hardness,adhesion,and specific resistance of coatings was studied.Properties of coatings,including the coating resistance to acid,alkali,salt and water were also studied.Anticorrosive coating corrosion performance parameters and the best way to smear were obtained through a series of tests.The results show that the most optimal parameters were the coating thickness of no less than 0.14 mm,paint times of 3,coating drying temperature of 60℃,and drying hour of 12.
