摘要
重工业区内环境污染严重导致绝缘子表面涂敷的室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)防污闪涂层发生憎水性降低、板结硬脆,严重影响防污闪效果。为改善RTV涂层耐酸碱性能,采用复配法,在RTV制备基础上添加聚四氟乙烯(PTFE);并分别采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG曲线)等方法研究了PTFE对RTV防污闪涂料憎水性、耐热性、耐腐蚀性等性能的影响。结果表明,5%PTFE能有效提高RTV涂层的耐腐蚀性能,在一定范围内憎水性、耐热性能均有所提高,且不影响RTV涂层的力学性能和阻燃性能。
The hydrophobicity of room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber(RTV)coating on the insulator is dropped,and the coating is hardened and brittled in the bad industrial environment of heavy industry areas.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of RTV coatings,the compound method was used and the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)was added into the RTV coatings.The properties of RTV anti-pollution flashover coatings,such as hydrophobicity,heat resistance and corrosion resistance were studied by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that 5% PTFE can improve the corrosion resistance of the coating effectively.The hydrophobicity and heat resistance were also improved simultaneously,and the mechanical properties and flame retardancy were maintained.
