摘要
在实际应用中,表面涂敷防污闪憎水材料温室硫化硅橡胶(RTV)涂料的玻璃绝缘子会出现陡波试验不易通过的问题。为分析上述问题,采用电场有限元法对不同厚度的均匀涂层绝缘子模型、不均匀涂层绝缘子模型分别进行电场仿真。仿真结果表明单片玻璃绝缘子的玻璃件和铁帽夹角处电场最大,且最大场强的大小随RTV涂层厚度的变化而变化;当RTV涂层不均匀时即铁帽与玻璃件夹角处无涂层或涂层较薄时,该处电场强度较正常值偏大,更易发生放电进一步造成绝缘子异常击穿。以上结论对实际工程问题有一定的指导意义。
In practical application,breakdown may occur in impulse puncture experiment on glass insulator coated by pollution flashover prevention material-room temperature vulcanized( RTV). In order to analyze the above problem,electric field finite element method is adopted. The electric field simulation was carried out on the insulator model with uniform coating of different thickness and non-uniform coating. The results show that the electric field at the angle of glass and iron cap is highest. The maximal electric field is changed with variation the RTV coating thickness. When the RTV coating thickness is thinner or there is no coating in the angle of glass and iron cap,the value of electric field will be higher than normal,it is more prone to discharge and further causes abnormal breakdown of the insulator. The above conclusions have certain guiding significance for practical engineering.
