摘要
目的 探讨E -钙调素调节孕卵着床的可能机制。方法 采用免疫组化SABC法 ,观察E -钙调素在37例原发不孕患者 (观察组 )和 30例继发不孕患者 (对照组 )黄体中期子宫内膜的表达。结果 观察组黄体中期子宫内膜E -钙调素表达的PU值为 7 4 5± 3 31,对照组为 2 1 12± 3 6 9,观察组较对照组明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。两组子宫内膜E -钙调素表达均定位于细胞间质和细胞膜。结论 E -钙调素可能参与了孕卵着床 ,E -钙调素的表达缺陷可能是导致原发不孕的原因之一。
Objective To study the expression characteristics of E-cadherin in midluteal phase endometria of primary infertility patients and to explore the possible regulative mechanism of E-cadherin to oosperm embedding and its relationship with infertility.Methods\ 37 patients with primary infertility were studied and 30 patients with secondary infertility served as controls. The SAB immunohistochemical method was used to do quatitative and localizable research on the expression of E-cadherin in midluteal phase endometria of all patients. Results\ In the study group, PU of the expression of E-cadherin in midluteal phase endometria was 7 45±3 31,which was significantly less than that in control group(21 12±3 69).The expression of E-cadherin in midluteal phase endometria was located in intercellular substance and cytomembrane. Conclusions\ It is possible that E-cacherin participates in the embedding of oosperm. The defective expression of E-cadherin may be one of the reasons leading to the primary infertility.
