The paper makes an energy conservation analysis on the condensate heat of blast furnace gas boiler waste heat, by controlling the recovery process of separated-type heat pipe heat exchanger and the steam temperature inside the tube. The efficiency of separated-type heat pipe heat exchanger is analyzed. The results show that, this technology has the stable wall temperature and low temperature corrosion superiorities, but it also has deposition, the energy-saving benefit needed to be improved.
