摘要 对高炉煤气锅炉余热加热凝结水进行了节能分析,通过控制分离式热管换热器余热回收工艺及其管内蒸汽温度,分析某凝汽机组分离式热管换热器的效能问题,发现该技术表现出等壁温、防低温腐蚀的优越性,但存在积灰,节能效益有待提高。… The paper makes an energy conservation analysis on the condensate heat of blast furnace gas boiler waste heat, by controlling the recovery process of separated-type heat pipe heat exchanger and the steam temperature inside the tube. The efficiency of separated-type heat pipe heat exchanger is analyzed. The results show that, this technology has the stable wall temperature and low temperature corrosion superiorities, but it also has deposition, the energy-saving benefit needed to be improved.
