摘要
为研究装配式保温混凝土空心剪力墙的热工性能,以玻化微珠保温混凝土空心剪力墙为基础,采用FLAC3D研究了其在不同环境温度、保温混凝土材料、配筋率以及孔洞构造等条件下的热工参数变化规律。研究结果表明:装配式保温混凝土空心剪力墙内外表面温差在孔洞位置最大,在钢筋位置最小;采用低导热混凝土材料、聚乙烯泡沫材料填充墙内孔洞以及降低配筋率等措施可以明显提高装配式保温混凝土空心剪力墙的隔热保温性能。
In order to study the thermal performance of fabricated hollow shear wall made from Insulation concrete, based on the hollow shear wall using vitrified micro-bead insulation concrete, FLAC3 D was used to study the change rule of thermal parameters in different condition of environmental temperatures, thermal insulation concrete materials, reinforcement ratio and hole structure. The results show that the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the fabricated hollow shear wall made from thermal insulation concrete is largest at the hole position and smallest at the steel bar. The use of low thermal conductivity concrete material, polyethylene foam to fill the hole in the wall and reduce the reinforcement ratio can significantly improve the thermal insulation performance of the assembled thermal insulation concrete hollow shear wall.
