摘要
大学生自组织是目前高校学生的一种新型集结方式,一方面,大学生自组织作为高校正式组织的有益补充,有利于丰富校园文化、锻炼学生能力、培养学生公民意识等作用;另一方面,大学生自组织如果发展引导不好,也会影响学校改革发展和学生成长成才。高校务必弄清学生自组织的类型、特征及现状,并引导其健康发展。
College students' voluntary organization is a new way of assembling students in university. On the one hand, it is a supplement to the formal organizations, which helps enrich campus culture, promote students' ability, and cultivates their consciousness of citizenship; on the other hand, if it is not properly directed, it will affect students' development as well as the reform and development of the university. Therefore, universities must have a good understanding of the types, characteristics and status quo of students' voluntary organizations, and direct them towards healthy development.
