摘要
目的探讨女性躁狂抑郁症患者在护理中临床路径的应用价值。方法 在2 0 1 2年8月~2014年7月选取女性躁狂抑郁症患者100例,计算机随机分为对照组和治疗组作为临床研究对象,对照组中50例女性躁狂抑郁症患者患者给予以往的传统健康教育方法进行健康教育;治疗组中50例女性躁狂抑郁症患者则对其进行具有临床护理路径性质的健康教育。对比治疗组和对照组女性躁狂抑郁症患者在不同健康教育模式下疗效,并对比分析讨论。结果治疗组患者在经过具有临床护理路径性质的健康教育后,患者出院后的疗效和对病情的相关知识的了解明显优于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性躁狂抑郁症患者进行临床路径相关教育之后,不仅对患者的症状具有明显的改善,还具有较高安全性,与使用传统健康教育方法的对照组相比其优势明显,值得在临床中推广应用。
