摘要
目的评价系统护理干预对双相情感障碍躁狂发作的影响,为双相情感障碍躁狂发作护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院收治的80例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者,随机分为常规护理的对照组(n=40)、系统护理干预的观察组(n=40),经伦理委员会批准且参与患者家属知情同意,组间一般资料差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。对比两组双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者干预后言语智商评分、操作智商评分、智商评分情况。结果护理干预后,两组双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者言语智商评分、操作智商评分、智商评分比较,观察组每项指标评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对比常规护理干预的不足,系统护理干预在完善护理工作的基础上实现了护理工作的计划性、目的性,利于双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者病情改善。
Objective To evaluate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the manic episode of bipolar disorder, and to provide reference for the care of the manic episode of bipolar disorder. Methods 80 patients with bipolar disorder manic-episode admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=40) of routine nursing and the observation group (n=40) of systematic nursing intervention, which were approved by the ethics committee and participated in the informed consent of patients' family members. There was no significant difference in general data between groups (P > 0.05). Verbal IQ scores, performance IQ score, IQ scores were compared between the two groups of manic episodes of bipolar disorder patients after intervention. Results After nursing intervention, the difference in verbal IQ score, operational IQ score and IQ score was statistically significant in the two groups of patients with bipolar disorder manicepisode, and each index score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared to conventional nursing intervention, the deficiency of the system of nursing intervention on the basis of perfecting nursing has realized the planning of the nursing work, purpose, it can improve the condition of patients with bipolar disorder manic attacks.
