EWIS元器件设计是民用飞机EWIS设计的一项重要内容,也是EWIS适航取证的重要组成部分。EWIS元器件设计的好坏,直接影响着飞机的安全性和适航性,同时也是各设计阶段的重要评审内容。对EWIS元器件设计相关的适航条款进行解读,详细阐述了EWIS元器件设计的重要内容,包括创建EWIS元器件选型要求和飞机区域环境要求、进行EWIS元器件合格鉴定,以及EWIS元器件使用环境的符合性验证。对EWIS选型设计需要提交的适航交付物进行了介绍和解释,对于民用飞机的EWIS的设计有一定的借鉴意义。
Electrical wiring interconnection systems(EWIS)components design is an important aspect of EWIS design of civil aircraft and a significant part of certification of EWIS airworthiness.The quality of EWIS components design affects the safety and airworthiness of aircraft directly,and the EWIS components design is an important issue of the design review in each design phase.This article interprets the applicable regulations of EWIS components,and elaborates EWIS components design activities,including developing EWIS component selection guidelines based on environmental conditions contained in each zone of an aircraft,EWIS components identification,and the environmental qualification of EWIS components.The article also introduces the deliverables to be submitted for showing compliance of the certification requirements for EWIS components selection.Valuable information for EWIS design of civil aircraft is provided herein.
