摘要
文章主要研究了美国民用航空规章(FAR)——运输类旋翼航空器适航标准第29.1309条"设备、系统及安装"的适航条款,结合历次修正背景、修改原因与内容,深入研究29.1309条的起源与历次修正案,使设计人员准确把握适航条款本质要求,为适航技术人员提供工作参考与审查依据,保证适航标准有要求的设备、系统与安装符合适航要求。
This paper mainly studies the airworthiness clause of Paper 29.1309"equipment,system and installation"of the Airworthiness Clauses for Transport Category Rotorcrafts-Federal Aviation Regulations(FAR),and based on the background,cause and content of all previous revisions,conducts an in-depth study of the origin of Paper 29.1309 and previous amendments,so as to enable designers to accurately grasp the essence of airworthiness requirements and for airworthiness technicians to provide work reference and review basis,thus ensuring that the equipment,systems and installations required by the airworthiness standards meet the airworthiness requirements.
