摘要 采用预处理(H2O2热解+电催化)+生化(高负荷好氧+水解)处理制药厂高浓度蒸发浓缩废水。经过预处理原水COD可由810 000 mg/L降至650 000 mg/L,去除率为19.75%。稀释后的高浓度废水经过高负荷好氧+水解处理,在进水COD由500 mg/L逐步提高到超过8 000 mg/L,COD容积负荷4~5 kg/(m3·d)的条件下,生化整体COD去除率>80%,进水COD为8 200 mg/L左右时,水解出水COD可以降至1 500 mg/L,处理效果良好。 The pretreatmentmethods of H2O2pyrolysis-electro-catalysis and biological technologies ofhigh load aerobic-hy-drolysis were applied for the treatment of evaporation concentration wastewater from pharmaceutical factory. The COD of in-flow could reduce to 65 0000 mg/L from 810 000 mg/L at the removal rate of 19.75% after pretreatment. High concentrated wastewater was treated by high load aerobic and hydrolysis process after appropriate dilution. In high load aerobicreactor,when the COD of inflow was from 500 mg/L to more than 8 000 mg/L and its volumetric load of COD was up to 4 ~5kg/(m3·d), the removal rate of COD wasstill above 80% inbiological process. The COD of effluent of hydrolysis reactor could reduce to 1 500 mg/L when the COD of inflow of high load aerobic reactor, which showed that the process has good treat-ment effect.
