摘要
综合风险评价可得到比单独的健康及生态风险评价更高效和完整的结论。基于世界卫生组织建立的综合风险评价框架,以污染场地为例,从问题形成、暴露表征、剂量效应关系和风险表征4个方面提出了综合风险评价的基本思路、步骤和方法,并对综合风险评价过程中不确定性的来源及计算方法进行了分析。对综合风险评价在受体及终点的选择、降低不确定性及整个生态系统的风险评价方面的未来发展进行了展望。
Integration of health and ecology risk assessment provides more efficient and consistent expressions of assessment results relative to independent human health and ecological risk assessments. In the study, based on the integrated risk assessment framework established by World Health Organization, the basic procedures and methods of integrated risk assessment of contaminated site were put forward, and the uncertainty of the process were analyzed. In the future, choice of appropriate receptors and endpoints, reduction of uncertainty, and the assessment of entire ecosystem in the integrated assessment will be developed further.
