摘要
指导受洪水影响区域人员及时、有序撤离是洪水风险图的重要应用方向之一。在参照国内外相关研究经验基础上,对避洪转移图编制若干技术问题,包括避洪转移图要素、避洪转移图编制流程、洪水危险区确定、避洪单元确定与人口分析、资料收集与处理、避洪安置方式选择、安置区选取、避洪路线规划等方面进行了梳理和探索,探讨制定了适合我国国情的避洪转移图编制方案,为避洪转移图编制实践提供理论方法支撑。
One of the important purposes of flood risk mapping is to evacuate people in advance and in order from flood affected areas .Based on the related research experiences from domestic and foreign countries, this paper analyses and summarizes the technical issues of evacuation mapping, including the determination of evacuation boundary, the principle methods of selection resettlement areas, data col ection and processing, and evacuation routes planning etc. Combined with national conditions, the standardized evacuation map is developed. This study provides the theoretic method to evacuation mapping.
