潮差区军港码头桩基维修用复合涂层试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research on composite coating of pile foundation for maintenance in wharves of navy port

摘要 针对潮差区军港码头桩基长期遭受氯盐侵蚀与泥沙冲蚀问题,研制了自修复渗透结晶型涂层与防腐型硅烷涂层。为测试复合涂层的修复能力与防腐性能,进行了自修复渗透结晶型涂层力学性能、抗渗压力测试,防腐型硅烷涂层接触角测试和抗氯离子侵蚀试验,复合涂层磨蚀吸水性试验。试验结果表明:混凝土基层经复合涂层处理后,涂层与混凝土基体形成整体,抗压强度明显提高,抗渗能力增强,且混凝土表面接触角达104. 5°,可有效防止水的侵入;混凝土表面最大氯离子含量仅为0. 1%,远远低于氯离子临界值。 Aiming at the long-term chloride erosion and silt erosion on the pile foundation in military harbor in tidal zone,the self-healing crystalline and anticorrosive silane coating have developed.The mechanical properties,the impermeability pressure of self-healing capillary crystalline coating,the contact angle,the resistance to chloride ion of anticorrosive silane coating and the water absorption of the composite coating are tested in order to test their repair ability and anticorrosion performance.The results show that the coating and concrete matrix form a whole,the compressive strength is obviously improved,furthermore its impermeability get better and the contact angle is up to 104.5°after the coating is coated on concrete matrix,then it bring waterproofing into effect.The maximum chloride ion content on the concrete surface is 0.1%,and it is much lower than the critical value of chloride ion.
