摘要
在筛选试验涂层体系基础上,通过浸泡、盐雾、阴极剥离、腐蚀电位监测和微观形貌分析,对12种舰船常用的无机富锌和有机富锌配套体系的腐蚀失效行为和机理进行研究。结果表明:在NaCl模拟海水条件下,无机富锌耐阴极剥离性能差;基于无机富锌涂层与有机富锌涂层配套体系的阻抗谱,环氧富锌涂层将比无机富锌具有明显的防护效果。
Based on selection testing of coating system,through the detection of immersion,salt spray,cathodic peel-off and corrosion potential and the analysis of micro-morphology,this paper studies the failure and corrosion performances of 12 types of ship zin-rich coatings systems.The results show that,in simulating sea water conditions,the performances of cahodic peel-off resistance is poor.The EIS results have proved that the corrosion resistance of organic zinc-rich coating system is obviously higher than inorganic-zinc-rich coating system.
