摘要
研究了钢桥面沥青混凝土铺装层下热喷锌防腐蚀涂层的腐蚀特征,并在此基础上提出锌涂层腐蚀导致沥青混凝土铺装层性能下降的理论假设模型。采用IM6ex电化学工作站研究了热喷锌涂层的腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流与时间的关系,涂层的极化特性,采用XRD分析了锌涂层的腐蚀产物。结果表明锌涂层腐蚀产物中存在大量ZnO和Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6,破坏了粘结层与锌涂层之间的粘结,起到裂纹源的破坏作用,使铺装层在载荷的作用下提前失效。
