摘要
目的 在继续教育中强化护士健康教育和能力的培养。方法 针对护士健康教育知识的不足 ,有计划、有组织、有系统地从教育入手 ,制定完善的健康教育内容、教育方式、紧密结合临床实际 ,按病人的需求 ,按疾病的种类与医学基础知识 ,对护士进行健康教育培养。结果 通过系统的、有目标地对护士进行健康教育知识的追加、补充教育 ,增强了护士对健康教育知识的浓厚兴趣 ,把“要我学”变为“我要学”的良好学习氛围。结论 护士把学来的健康教育知识 ,充分地运用于临床护理工作中与病人进行交流、沟通 ,获得较好的效果 。
Objective To Strengthen the consciousness and ability of health education in nurse's continuing education. Methods According to nurses are not well prepared with knowledge of health education, we train the nurse systematically in the light of patient's requirement, classification of diseases and basic medicine knowledge. We make up very perfect contents, methods and styles of health education, combining closely with clinical practice. Results We have boosted the interesting of nurses on health education knowledge through additional training systematically and objectively from 'I have to study passively' to 'I want to study actively'. Conclusions Nurses use the health education knowledge in clinical nursing work to communicate with patients. Medical treatment disputes between patients and medical staffs have greatly decreased in our work.
