摘要
针对采用传统乳液聚合法制备丙烯酸酯乳液中残余乳化剂对乳液的成膜性能及应用性能的不利影响,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)为软单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,过硫酸钠为引发剂,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为交联单体,选用新型可聚合乳化剂L-007与DNS-86复配作为乳化剂,采用预乳化半连续滴加工艺制备性能优良的无皂聚丙烯酸酯乳液.通过对合成产物的贮存稳定性、离心稳定性、电解质(Ca2+)稳定性和稀释稳定性等综合性能测试以及红外光谱测试、扫描电镜测试,分析表明制备的无皂聚丙烯酸酯乳液具有稳定的理化性能和良好的成膜性能.同时,探讨了不同用量的无皂聚丙烯酸酯乳液应用于轻薄型纯棉织物功能整理后对整理织物各项性能的影响.
For the purpose of improving the poor film-forming properties and performances of conventional emulsion caused by residual emulsifier of polymeirization,taking methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the hard monomer,butyl acrylate(BA)and diisooctyl(2-EHA)as the soft monomer,acrylic acid(AA)as functional monomer,sodium persulfate as initiator,hydroxy ethyl ester(HEA)as crosslinking monomer,the new polymerizable emulsifier of L-007 and DNS-86 as emulsifiers,the pre-emulsified and semi-continuous adding method was used to prepare the well performed soap-free polyacrylate emulsion.The properties and structures of the soap-free polyacrylate emulsion were characterized by storage stability,centrifugal stability,electrolyte(Ca2+)stability,dilution stability,fourier transform infrared spectrometry,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the self-properties of the synthe-sized soap-free polyacrylate emulsion are ideal and its film-forming property is perfect.And the influence of different amount of soap-free polyacrylate emulsion on the finishing properties of treated fabric was investigated.
