摘要
文章研究了不同氧化锌丁腈橡胶的耐溶胀性与摩擦磨损行为。耐溶胀性测试在室温下进行,实验介质为环己烷;摩擦学测试在往复磨损试验机上进行。研究结果表明:普通氧化锌胶料的溶胀量明显大于纳米氧化锌胶料。胶料的摩擦系数均随磨损时间延长先降后升,纳米氧化锌胶料的摩擦系数小于普通氧化锌胶料。
A study on the swelling property and tribology behavior were conducted in this article.The swelling test was finished under room temperature condition and the liquid medium was cyclohexane.The tribology test was studied through reciprocating wear tester.The results shows that,the mass rate of NBR containing conventional ZnO is greater than that of NBR containing nano-ZnO.The frictional coefficient decreases firstly then increases,and the frictional coefficient of NBR filled with nano-ZnO is lesser than that of NBR containing conventional ZnO.
