摘要 壳糖胺微量元素螯合盐是由脱乙酰壳聚糖(Chitosan,CTS)与微量元素金属离子(Zn、Cu、稀土等)进行配位反应而生成的具有环状结构的络合物。文章综述了壳糖胺微量元素螯合盐的理化性质、生物学功能及在动物生产中的应用,旨在为壳糖胺微量元素螯合盐作为新型饲料添加剂在动物生产中的应用提供参考。 Chitosan-mets cyclic complex generated by the reaction of trace metal ions(Zn, Cu, rare earths,etc.) and chitosan. The paper summarized the physico-chemical property, biological functions and applica-tions in animal production of chitosan-metal complexes, which would provide a technical basis for the useof this new additive in animal production.
