摘要
本文旨在研究稀土壳糖胺螯合盐对蛋鸡营养物质利用和肠道消化酶活性的影响。试验选取450只27周龄体况良好、产蛋率相近的尼克珊瑚粉品种蛋鸡,采用单因子随机区组试验设计,分为5个处理,即对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.1%、0.15%和0.2%的稀土壳糖胺螯合盐。试验结果表明:⑴与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组干物质及钙的表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组粗蛋白及磷表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05)。⑵随着稀土壳糖胺螯合盐添加水平的增加,蛋鸡小肠食糜中胰蛋白酶及淀粉酶活性均在一定范围内呈现逐渐上升的趋势,但各试验组与对照组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。
To evaluate the effect of rare earth-chitosan chelate on nutrient utilization and digestive enzyme activity in small intestine for laying hens,450 27-week-old laying hens,with similar body weight and egg production rate,were randomly alloted into five groups and fed following dietary level of rare earth-chitosan chelate supplement respectively: control 0%,treatⅠ0.05%,treatⅡ0.1%,treat Ⅲ0.15%,and treat Ⅳ0.2%.Results show: 1)Compared with control group,groupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ are improved in the apparent utilization of dry matter and Ca significantly(P〈0.05),and group Ⅳ is improved in the apparent utilization of crude protein and P significantly(P〈0.05).2)With the increasing of rare earth-chitosan chelate supplement,the trypsin and amylase activities in small intestine chyme for the test groups are enhanced gradually,but there is no significant difference among groups(P〉0.05).
