摘要
目的 :观察升压联合亚低温治疗对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的脑保护作用。方法 :6 8只大鼠随机分为对照组、升压治疗组、亚低温治疗组及升压联合亚低温治疗组 ;制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型 ,观察各组的神经功能缺失评分、脑梗死体积和脑组织水含量。结果 :升压治疗组、亚低温治疗组及升压联合亚低温治疗组的神经功能缺失评分、脑梗死体积均明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;升压联合亚低温治疗组脑梗死体积小于升压治疗组和亚低温治疗组 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,升压组、亚低温治疗组和联合治疗组脑组织水含量均明显低于对照组(P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :升压和亚低温对局灶性脑缺血大鼠有明显的脑保护作用 ,联合应用保护作用更强。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect provided by hypertension and mildhypothermia during focal cerebral ischemia.Methods:Sixtyeight rats were randomly divided into control,hypertension,mildhypothermia and combined treatment groups.Using the rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,the neurologic deficits score,the infarct volume and blood brain barrier destruction level in all rats were observed.Results:Hypertension,mildhypothermia,hypertension with mild hypothermia reduced significantly the neurologic deficits( P <0 05) and the infarct volume( P <0 01) compared with controls.The infarct volume of the combined treatment group was small than that of the hypertension and mildhypothermia groups (all P <0 05 ).Blood brain barrier destruction level in the hypertension group,mildhypothermia group and combined treatment group were lower than that in control group(all P <0 05). Conclusions: Hypertension and mildhypothermia could provide cerebral protection during focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats,the combined treatment has strong effect.
