摘要
研究了反应时间、进水pH、反应温度以及氧分压对湿式氧化法预处理甲基氯化物生产废水的影响。在不调节废水的 pH、反应温度 180℃、氧分压 1.5MPa、反应时间 6 0min的最佳操作条件下 ,COD、有机磷、有机硫的去除率分别达到 6 8.5 %、6 5 %、88% ,出水的BOD5/COD由 0 .10 7提高至 0 .36。预处理后废水的厌氧可生化性得到很大的改善 ,COD的去除率提高2 0 %~ 30 %左右、产甲烷量增加 1.6~ 2 .
The influence of reaction time,influent pH,reaction temperature and oxygen pressure on pretreatment of methyl chloride wastewater by wet air oxidation has been studied.Under the optimum operating conditions of wastewater pH non-regulated,reaction temperature 180℃,oxygen pressure 1.5 MPa and reaction time 60 min,the removal rates of COD,organic phosphorus and sulfur have reached 68.5%,65%and 88% respectively,the ratio of BOD 5to COD has increased from 0.107 to 0.36.After pretreatment,the wastewater's anaerobic biodegradability is greatly improved,COD removal rate has increased by 20%~30%,and the quantity of methane production by 160%~210%.
