摘要
采用高压湿式氧化法处理某石化公司炼油碱渣,反应温度为260℃,反应压力为8.6MPa,处理规模为0.8 m^3/h。工程运行监测结果表明,该工艺可以高效去除炼油碱渣中的污染物,对COD、硫化物及酚的去除率均达98%以上。分析了装置运行过程中发现的问题及优化措施,考察了反应压力、反应温度对COD去除效果的影响,结果表明压力变化对处理效果的影响较微弱,而温度越高,处理效果越佳。
The high pressure wet air oxidation process was used to treat refinery spent caustic dross in a petrochemical company. Under the condition of reaction temperature 260 ~C, reaction pressure 8.6 MPa and wastewater flow rate 0.8 m3/h, the monitoring results indicated that the process could effective- ly remove pollutants in refinery spent caustic, and the removal rates of COD, sulfide and phenol were all over 98%. The operation failures and the corresponding optimization measures were analyzed. The influ- ences of both reaction pressure and temperature on COD removal efficiency were investigated. The results demonstrated that the reaction pressure had little effect on the treatment efficiency, but the higher temper- ature showed remarkable enhancement in the treatment efficiency.
