摘要
用70%热乙醇提取银杏(Ginkgo bilobaL.)干叶黄酮类化合物,以总黄酮含量为30mg/L的水稀释液对水稻浸种48h的结果表明,银杏黄酮对水稻幼苗的伸长生长有轻微抑制,促进幼苗鲜重增加。不同浓度的处理表明,随着黄酮浓度的增加,其对水稻幼苗的壮苗作用越明显。低温对水稻幼苗生长有强烈抑制作用,银杏黄酮处理可缓解这种低温伤害。对水稻幼苗3种氧化酶的测定表明,经银杏黄酮浸种后萌发的水稻幼苗,其SOD活性下降,POD和CAT活性明显升高。
Ginkgo flavonoid was extracted from the Ginkgo dry leaf by 70% hot ethanol. The rice seedlings was soaked with 30mg/L of flavonoid for 48 hours. The experimental results showed that Ginkgo flavonoid could inhibited elongation and promoted fresh weight increasing of the rice seedlings, and the .effect was more evident with higher flavonoid content. Low temperature of 2℃ inhibited growth of rice seeding greatly, and the Ginkgo flavonoid could alleviate these harmful effects. The activity of SOD was lower, and the activity of POD and CAT was higher after Ginkgo flavonoid treatment.
