气相色谱法测定水中有机磷农药残留量 被引量:1

DETERMINATION OF ORGANOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDE IN WATER BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 本法采用火焰光度检测器气相色谱法,同时测定水中乐果,敌敌畏,甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、马拉硫磷和奎硫磷等农药,上述农药在14min内全部出峰,最低检测浓度为2.3—18μg/l,混合水样加标回收率在85.7%—95.3%之间. A gas-liquid chromatographic procedure is described for determining some organophosphorus pesticide residues in water with FPD. The residaes of DDVP, Dimethoate, Methyl-parathion, Malathion, Parathion and Quinal-phos were successfully analysed through the use of a gas chromatographic column filled with 5 % OV-1/supelcoport and their retention time was found to be below 14 min. All samples containing above pesticides were extracted by ethyl acetate without being purified and concentrated previously. The method is rapid, sensitive, and convenient. The minimum detection limits of DDVP, Dimethoate, Methyl-parathion, Malathion, Parathion and Quinalphos were 5.15μg/1, 18.0μg/1, 2.3μg/1, 14.5μg/1, 3.15μg/1 and 14.0μg/1, respectively. Recoveries were between 87.5%-95.3%.
