摘要
本文采用ＨＰ１７０１大口径毛细管柱为分离柱，测定了柑桔中７种有机磷农药残留量；比较了常用的７种有机磷农药在柑桔生长不同时期的残留情况。本法对７种有机磷农药的回收率范围为８３．５％—１０６．４％，变异系数为３．０％—７．８％，最低检测浓度为０．０１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。
Organophosphorus pesticide residues in orange was determined by HP1701 wide tubular capillary column coupled with FPD detector.Residual kinetics of 7 organophosphorus pesticides in orange were established.The RC and C.V.ranged from 83.5% to 106.4% and 3.0% to 7.8% respectively,the lowest detectable concentration was 0.010mg/kg.
