超声提取反相高效液相色谱测定污染稻谷中甲胺磷含量 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用反相液相色谱法分析稻谷中甲胺磷的含量,对检测器的检测波长、流速等作了选择,找出了较为理想的色谱条件,该条件下,甲胺磷分析的线性范围0.5~100mg/kg,方法检出限可达:0.001mg/kg.完全能满足环境分析要求.稻谷中甲胺磷的加标回收率在83%以上.实验结果还同气相色谱分析结果进行了比较,该方法简便、快速,加标回收率也优于气相分析方法. Methophorus in rice was analyzed with HPLC in this paper. The optical measured wave and flow were used in practice experiments. The line avaible of Methorus was from 0.5 to 100mg/ kg and the detected limit of this method in the paper reached 0. 001mg/kg, which could completedly meet the requirement of envirenmental sample analyses. The marked recovery rate of methophorus in rice was over 86%. The results was compared with those from GC analyses. This method in our paper was simpler and faster and higher marked recovery rate.
