摘要
较厚带材平整轧制时塑性变形量很小 ,因此沿带材高度变形是不均匀分布的 ,而一般公式采用沿高度应力均匀分布的平面假设将带来比较大的误差。为此 ,本文提出按接触表面边界条件计算以提高预测精度的实用方法 ,经现场使用 。
During skin rolling of comparatively thick strip,plastic deformation quantity is very small.so that the deformation in the height direction in uneven.As general equation employs plain assumption in which stress is evenly distributed in the height direction,which will bring comparatively large inaccuracy,this paper brings forward a practically computing method that computes contact surface boundary condition improving predictive accuracy.Through field usage, the effect shows notable.
