摘要
针对某钢铁公司连退双机架湿平整机组生产R2级表面镀锡板工作辊表面粗糙度衰减速度快、轧制公里数偏低的问题,充分考虑到连退双机架湿平整机组的设备与工艺特点,从轧制工艺、轧辊使用工艺两方面深入分析了问题产生的原因,通过优化1#及2#机架工作辊原始表面粗糙度及伸长率分配系数建立了一套工作辊表面粗糙度衰减控制模型,并将模型应用到生产实践,大大降低了工作辊表面粗糙度的衰减速度,提高了轧制公里数,为企业创造了较大的经济效益。
With referenee to the problems of quick attenuation of work roll surface roughness and low rolling kilometers in the process of producing R2 grade surface tin plate by continuous annealing wet temper mill with double frame of certain steel corp, taking into account the equipment and technological characteristics, the reasons for the above problems from two aspects of rolling process and roll use process were analyzed deeply. A control model for the attenuation of work roll surface roughness was built by optimizing original surface roughness of work roll of No. I and No. 2 frame and elongation distribution coefficient. The model was applied to production and practice, which re- duced the attenuation rate of work roll surface roughness, improved rolling kilometers, achieved good economic benefit.
