摘要
金核霉素是由金色链霉菌经发酵产生的核苷类抗生素。主要用于防治由黄单胞菌属(Xanthpmonas)引起的农作物病害。利用等离子注入技术进行了金核霉素菌种选育,菌种的发酵单位得到较明显的提高。
A mutagenic method of the ion implantation was adopted in the breeding of aureonuclemycin for producing strains. The death rate, the variation rate and the amplitude were discussed respectively. Using the ion implantation, the high - yield strains were selected.
