摘要
综述了利福霉素研究的进展 ,介绍了利福霉素的生物合成、遗传学研究 ,利福霉素生物合成的代谢调节、莽草酸途径的调节 ,利福霉素的发酵和生物转化以及利福霉素的菌种选育 .
This paper comprehensively introduces the developments in the research on rifamycins include biosynthesis,genetic studies,the metabolic and shikimicacid control mechanism of rifamycins,the antibiotic fermentation and biotransformation of rifamycins,the breeding of rifamycins producing strain.
