摘要
从北京西山土壤中分离到一株放线菌C530 8,其发酵液具有很强的抗肿瘤及抗细菌活性 ,且有烯二炔类抗生素的发酵特征 ,其活性成分之一经化学提纯鉴别与dynemicinH相同 (其他成分正在研究中 )。根据形态、培养、生理生化、细胞化学组分等特征的观察及分子遗传学的研究 ,发现C530 8菌株与已知黑色小单孢菌基本相同 ,定名为黑色小单孢菌C530 8(MicromonosporanigraC530 8)。
A actinomycete strain C5308 was isotated from a soil sample at west mountain in Beijing. The fermentation broth showed potent inhibitory activity on spermatogonium and bacteria. The fermentation had the characteristic of the enediyne antibiotic. One of the active components in the mixture had heen identified chemically as dynemicin H. Based on the culture and physiological characteristics as well as the investigation of the molecular genetics, Strain C5308 was found to resemble M.nigra closely. So it was named Micromonospora nigra C5308.
