摘要
研究了磷酸盐、含钙材料对水玻璃—矿渣水泥的凝结时间的影响。试验结果表明 ,在常规水玻璃掺量时 ,磷酸盐不产生缓凝作用 ,其原因是磷酸盐阴离子易与硅酸根离子产生氢键缔合作用 ,从而产生凝聚。试验中选择的几种含钙材料在常规的水玻璃掺量内有良好的缓凝效果 ,含钙材料与水玻璃快速反应生成的凝胶在矿渣表面形成一层凝胶体保护膜 ,阻止了系统中OH -对矿渣活性的进一步激发 ,使水化产物的晶核包裹在凝胶中 ,阻止了其进一步生长 ,从而延缓了水化产物的大量产生 ,避免了颗粒的进一步聚集 ,使系统的初凝时间延长 。
This paper studies the influence of phosphate, calcareous material on set time of water glass-slag cement. The test results show the phosphate does not produce retarding action under normal addition of water glass, the reason is that anion of phosphate produces easily hydrogen-bonded associating action with ion of silicic acid radical so as to produce coacervation. Several calcareous materials chose during test have good retarding result under normal addition of water glass. The gel formed from fast reaction between calcareous material and water glass will form a protecting film of colloid on the surface of slag, thus to prevent OH- of the system exciting slag further more. It also makes crystallite of hydrate wrapping into gel, thus stop its growing, therefore to delay production of great hydrate and to avoid further aggregation of particles. It makes the initial setting time of system prolong without any bad affection on its mechanical property.
