摘要
大学生党支部民主化建设必须针对如下主要问题:支部书记(老师)说了算;支委说了算;重履行义务教育,忽略行使权利教育。在实践上,要通过充分的理论学习与行为强化支部管理制度化,建立有效的监督机制,扩大党内民主诸层面,切入学生党员与学生的实际,夯实大学生党支部民主化建设的基础,确保机制运转正常。
Presently,there are still some prob lems in building a more democratic student Party branch that merit our att en-tion.To solve these problems,it is n ecessary to activize and increase th e college student Party membersawa reness of democracy through ample theoretical study and intensive behavior training.we must also tamp the foundation of the dimo cratization building of the student Party branch by practising the Party branch management systematization,establishi ng effective super-vision mechanisms and broadening ch annels for inner-Party democracy.
