论述了"早启蒙、早选苗、早培养"是抓好大学生入党积极分子队伍建设的前题;"培养对象落实、培养形式落实、考核内容落实"是抓好大学生入党积极分子队伍建设的基础;"严格遵守入党程序、严格建立写实档案、严格执行考核制度"是抓好大学生入党和极分子队伍建设的关键。
Discusses that early elightment,early selection,early training are the precodition;carrying out training objects,carrying out training models,carrying out examination contents are the foundation;strictly obeying the procedures of joining the Party,strictly establishing true archives,strictly carrying out the examination system are the key to build the activist team of joining the Chinese Communist Party among undergraduate well.
