摘要
相关失效是降低并联系统可靠性的重要影响因素之一。由于相关失效存在，并联系统的实际寿命低于理想状态，在工程实际中必需加以考虑。威布尔分布具有较强的拟合能力，可以近拟表示各种常见分布函数，且便于计算分析，根据累积失效概率相等原理，提出了寿命从威尔分布产品的相关失效数值分析方法，可用于寿命且从威布尔分布产品的相关失效分析，可靠度分析和平均寿命分析，也可用威布尔分布近似表示的常用分布的相关失效分析，可靠性分析和平均寿命分析。
Dependent failure of parallel system rapidly decreases its reliability, which is required consideration in engineering. Exponential distribution, normal distribution and lognormal distribution are approximately expressed by Weibull distribution, which is easily discussed by calculation analysis. Based on the cumulative failure probability equality principle, a dependent failure numerical method of Weibull distributed units is presented. The proposed method that discussed in details can be used in dependent failure analysis, reliability analysis and analysis of the mean time to failure of Weibull distributed units. The method also can be used in other distribution if the distribution is approximately expressed by Weibull distribution.
