摘要
为研究某载货汽车高速路耐久性变速强化试验阶段出现的传动系部件断裂问题。利用非接触式转矩遥测仪实车测试了传动轴转矩、车速等相关数据,应用LMS-TecWare疲劳载荷处理软件计算传动轴正负转矩产生的疲劳损伤分布载荷谱,并据此分析断裂故障产生机理。高速路五种工况循环变速试验结果表明,奇数升降挡工况三中,3挡减1挡时出现了所有工况最大"反拖"负向冲击转矩,由此产生的扭转应力超过了部件屈服极限而发生局部塑性变形,引起永久性损伤和裂纹扩展,试验每循环一次产生的疲劳损伤为2.356 5×10^(-7),随着试验循环次数的增加累积损伤也随之增大,经一定次数循环变速试验传动系部件最终发生低周疲劳断裂。
In order to study powertrain components'fracture behavior in durability and variable-speed enhancement tests,the non-contact torque telemeter was used to make real vehicle measurements for driving shaft torque,speed and other related data.LMS-TecWare fatigue load processing software was used to calculate the fatigue damage distribution loading spectrum and the fracture fault mechanism was analyzed.The cyclic variable-speed tests under five working conditions showed that under the odd lift and drop condition,when the 3rd gear is changed into the 1 st gear,the maximum"reversing drag"negative impact torque occurrs;the torsional stress exceeds the components'yield limit and results in the local plastic deformation,to cause permanent damage and crack extension;the fatigue damage produced for per cycle of tests is 2.356 5 ×1 0 ^-7;the accumulated damage increases with increase in cycle number of tests;after a certain cycle number of tests powertrain components finally have a low-cycle fatigue fracture.
