摘要
电大的“中心教研组”是中央电大在教学过程中,在全国电大系统内形成的一种教学研究协作体,是“大教研室”理念的一种物化体现。电大的教学过程是由各级电大共同完成的,所谓“大教研室”,就是把全国电大作为一个有机的整体,并从教学全过程考虑和实施教学工作。按照“大教研室”理念成立的“中心教研组”,其运行机制与传统高校的“教研室”形式完全不同,主要体现在“开放性”、“竞争性”、“流动性”和“发展性”四个方面。
The'Teacher-Researcher Group'(TRG),a collaborative organization for teaching and research,was formed within China's television and radio university system with the sponsorship of the Central Radio&Television University.Its underlying principle is that the teaching and research of radio and television university education should be a collaborative effort among different levels of radio and television universities.In other words,Chi-na's various radio and television universities should be regarded as an organic whole with teaching and re-search being its key elements.TRGs are formed under this principle and their operation is a stark contrast to centers for teaching and research in conventional universities.The former's characteristics include'openness','competitiveness','mobility'and'capacity for development '.
