摘要
通过添加成核剂,不但可以明显地改善均聚聚丙烯(PP)的光学性能,使PP的雾度下降50%~60%,而且可以提高增透PP的力学性能,并在某种程度上改善其加工性能。为进一步降低成本,提高增透PP性能,研制了成核剂的复配体系。此复配体系性能优于进口产品。同时,讨论了加工温度和基础树脂对透明PP光学性能的影响。
Not only was the optical property of the propylene homopolymer(PP) significantly improved by reducing 50% - 60% of its haze, but also the mechanical property of the PP was raised via addition of nucleating agents in it. Furthermore, the processability of the PP was improved to a certain extent. In order to reduce the production cost further, a compound system of nucleating agent was formulated specifically, which was superior to the similar imported product in the performance. The effects of processing temperature and basic resin on the optical property of the transparent PP were discussed.
