摘要
采用发散法 ,以乙二胺 (EDA)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯 (TMPTA)为原料 ,直接进行Michael加成反应 ,合成了外围带 8个碳碳双键的星形化合物 ,用IR、1HNMR和元素分析测定了它的结构。并讨论了反应温度、反应时间、投料量比以及溶剂的含量对反应的影响。结果表明 :投料比为n(TMPTA)∶n(EDA) =5∶1,甲醇为溶剂占体系总质量的 2 7 84 %。适宜的反应温度为 30℃ ,反应时间为 6h ,其产率为 6 5 11% ,星形化合物的质量分数为 97 5 7%。此产物在光引发剂和活性稀释剂存在时 ,紫外光辐照下比市售齐聚物 6 0 1、6 0 2组成的相似体系固化速度快 4~
Employing divergent strategy,starburst molecule with eight peripheral carbon-carbon double bond was synthesized from ethylenediamine (EDA) and trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) by Michael addition reaction.The structure of starburst molecule was identified by IR,NMR and elementary analysis.Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time,ratio of reactants and solvent content on the yield and purity of starburst molecule were studied.Under the conditions that n (TMPTA)∶ n (EDA)=5∶1,content of CH 3OH as solvent was 27 84%,reaction temperature was 30 ℃ and reaction time was 6 h,yield and mass fraction of the starburst molecule were respectively 65 11% and 97 74%. The curing speed of the product with initiator and active diluents was 4-87 times higher than that of the same system with normal commerical oligomers such as 601 and 602.
