摘要
采用发散法合成以乙二胺为内核的0.5~2.5代树状大分子聚酰胺一胺(PAMAM),采用IR和NMR表征PAMAM的结构;考察不同代数、不同浓度的PAMAM对苯甲酸的增溶能力,并与传统的表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对比,结果表明;合成的PAMAM分子结构与理论结构相符;相同条件下,2.5代PAMAM和SDS胶束对客体分子苯甲酸的增溶量分别为7.40,3.10g·L^-1,故PAMAM较SDS对客体分子苯甲酸有较强的增溶能力,且增溶量随PAMAM浓度和代数的增加而增大。
A series of dendrimic polyamidoamine(PAMAM) has been synthesized by divergent with ethylenediamine as a core. The dendrimers were characterized by IR and NMR. The paper investigates the effect of generation and concentration of the dendrimers on the solubility enhancement of benzoic acid. The solubility of benzoic acid molecules has been compared in an aqueous solution of PAMAM dendrimer and sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS). The PAMAM dendrimer significantly enhances the solubility of benzoic acid compared to SDS solution. The solubility enhancement of PAMAM dendrimers increases with the increase of concentration and generation of PAMAM.
