摘要
西部地区图书馆已经初具规模。但由于受历史、经济、地理、人口等因素的影响和制约 ,与东部地区相比 ,还有相当大的差距。要加快西部图书馆事业的发展 ,一是要解放思想 ,提高全民信息素质 ,二是要加快信息技术在图书馆的应用 ;三是要改革服务模式 ,拓宽服务内容 ;四是要争取资金投入 ,实现文献资源共建共享。
This article discusses the new problems with the development of libraries in western China and proposes corresponding solutions.
