摘要
目的 :研制具有生物活性的椎体 ,探讨其临床应用效果。方法 :用动物骨制成无机的人椎体模型 ,复合BMP、BMG及纤维蛋白 ,应用于椎体肿瘤 1例 ,结核 3例。结果 :术后 3个月显示植入椎体有骨生成反应 ,半年后密度接近正常椎体。结论 :生物椎体具有成骨活性 。
Objective: To prepare the biological vertebral body and explore its clinical result.Method:To make the biological vertebral body using animal bone complexed with BMP,BMG and fibrin.It was applied for one case of vertebral tumor and three cases of vertebral TB.Results:All of the patients were followed up.After 3 months,X ray examination showed osteogenesis of the inserted vertebral body,6 months later,the thickness of the inserted vertebral was up to the normal level.Conclusion:Biological vertebral body is osteogenous and it is an excellent material for vertebral replacement.
