摘要
目的 观察人工椎体置换术治疗胸腰椎肿瘤的疗效。方法 行肿瘤切除人工椎体置换术治疗胸腰椎肿瘤 8例 ,其中血管瘤 1例 ,骨巨细胞瘤 1例 ,骨肉瘤 1例 ,淋巴肉瘤 1例 ,转移性肿瘤 4例 ;T51例 ,T5,61例 ,T12 2例 ,L2 2例 ,L3 2例。结果 随访 4～ 36个月 ,术前 5例胸腰背疼痛伴下肢痛者 ,4例术后疼痛完全消失 ,1例胸腰背痛减轻、下肢痛消失 ;截瘫基本恢复正常。结论 人工椎体置换术是治疗胸腰椎肿瘤的理想方法。
Objective To observe the clinical results of surgical treatment of thoracic and lumbar spine tumors with artificial vertebral body replacement. Methods 8 cases with thoracic or lumbar spinal tumors, including 1 hemangioma,1 giant cell tumor of bone,1 osteosarcoma,1 lymphosarcoma and 4 metastatic tumors, were treated with tumor resection and artificial vertebral body replacement. The locations of the tumors were T 5 in 1 case,T 5 and T 6 in 1 case, T 12 in 2 cases, L 2 in 2 cases and L 3 in 2 cases. Results All patients were followed up for 4～36 months. The backpain and radiating leg pain was disappeared in 4 of 5 cases, the backpain was relieved and the radiating leg pain disappeared in 1 case. All recovered completely from spinal cord paralysis. Conclusion The artificial vertebral body replacement is an ideal method for the treatment of the thoracic and lumbar spinal tumors.
