摘要
为提高船舶清洗的效率,在研究国内已有船舶清洗设备的基础上,笔者采用空化射流原理,分析现有船舶清洗设备的外观造型结构,对船舶清洗机器人产品结构进行造型设计研究。通过人机分析实验、造型设计创作等途径,融合现代产品的造型艺术形式,结合现代生产制造手段,进行船舶清洗机器人的造型创新设计。仿真效果表明,所设计的船舶清洗机器人外观造型合理,具有较高的灵活性和可靠性,克服传统产品造型和结构设计的局限性,实现产品造型和结构的精细化、智能化和快速化设计,达到产品结构设计与造型创新的目标,为3D打印技术在产品外观造型和结构创意设计与实践提供借鉴和参考。
In order to improve the efficiency of the ship's cleaning, in this paper, based on the study of the domestic existing ship cleaning equipment, using cavitating jet principle, analysis of the existing ship cleaning equipment appearance modelling structure, product structure to ship cleaning robot for modelling design research, through the way such as man-machine analysis experiment, modelling design creation, fusion of modern product modelling art form, combined with modern manufacturing methods, for cleaning robot modeling innovative design of the ship. The simulation results show that the design of ship cleaning robot appearance modelling is reasonable, has high flexibility and reliability, overcome the limitations of traditional product modeling and structural design, product modelling and structure refinement, intelligent design and rapidness, achieve the purpose of the product structure design and modelling of innovation, for 3D printing in creative design and practice of product appearance modelling and structure to provide reference and reference.
