摘要 研制了 2 0 0~ 2 5 0MPa超高压纯水射流除锈成套设备 ,揭示了水射流除锈机理 ,即依赖水射流的法向打击力和偏角及其旋转形成的切向力对硬质钢板表面锈层冲蚀、剥离 ,机理方程得到了试验的验证 ;给出了除锈成套设计方案和除锈试验。得出结论 :纯水除锈优化工况参数为压力P =2 0 0~ 2 5 0MPa、流量Q =30L/min、机组功率N =1 60kW。 Ultra-high pressure waterjet de-rusting equipment with pressure 200 - 250 MPa had been developed through the research. This paper reveals the mechanism of high-pressure waterjet de-rusting: the multiple actions generated by tangential force (generated with the nozzles mounted anglely and rotary motion) and vertical direction collision force (generated with the waterjet), rusts in the surface of steel-planks will be erosion and delaminated. The mechanism equation has been proofed with many tests. This paper submits the design scheme of de-rusting assembly equipments and the de-rusting experimental research. Conclusion is as follows: majorized mode parameters of the pure water-jet de-rusting engineering application: P = 200 - 250 MPa, Q = 30 - 40 L/min, N = 160 kW.
