摘要
对农业而言,可持续发展作为一个对商业和政策有影响力的概念越来越重要,是保护子孙后代所需资源的基本路径。农业龙头企业绿色创业被视为农业可持续发展的驱动力,将经济、社会、环境目标与企业组织相结合。基于绿色创业理论,对农业龙头企业绿色创业的内涵和特征进行界定与阐述,并构建了包括生态意向、绿色创新、绿色经营与绿色管理的农业龙头企业绿色创业四维度模型。运用探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析对农业龙头企业绿色创业四维度模型进行实证检验,并将该模型与竞争模型进行对比,研究结果证实所构建的农业龙头企业绿色创业模型的合理性、可靠性及有效性。
For agriculture,sustainable development is gaining in importance as an influential concept of business and policy and the basic path for preserving the resources for future generations.Green entrepreneurship of leading agricultural enterprises is regarded as the driving force in developing sustainable agriculture,which combines economic,social and environmental objectives with business organizations.Based on the theory of green entrepreneurship,this paper summarizes and expounds the connotation and characteristics of green entrepreneurship of leading agricultural enterprises.Then,it constructs a four-dimension model of green entrepreneurship,which includes ecological intention,green innovation,green business and green management.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to test the model,which is compared with the competitive model.The results confirmed the rationality,reliability and validity of the model.
